{"id":3599,"date":"2019-03-03T18:59:29","date_gmt":"2019-03-03T18:59:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mayburytherapy.co.uk\/?page_id=3599"},"modified":"2021-06-04T21:00:44","modified_gmt":"2021-06-04T21:00:44","slug":"hypnotherapy-and-coaching","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.mayburytherapy.co.uk\/","title":{"rendered":"Hypnotherapy and Rapid Pain Elimination Therapy and Coaching"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are integrative therapists and licensed hypnotherapists and based in the North East of England with referral team members across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We use a combination of the psychotherapeutic strategies, hypnotherapy, and rapid pain elimination therapies and techniques to help you to achieve your goals, resolve your issues and live the life that you are entitled to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>During the pandemic crisis, we discovered  that it is much easier for our clients to work with us remotely using  Zoom or Skype, we have protocols and methodologies in place to ensure  that these sessions are as effective as face to face sessions, with the  increased convenience of only needing a computer or tablet handy.<\/p><p>Many of our clients have continued to prefer online or virtual sessions rather than face to face, which has the added benefit that we are able to work over a larger geographical area.<\/p><p>Face to face sessions are still available in the Darlington area.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Our Mission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide the tools, strength and belief that we all need in order to live the life we are all entitled to.  A life without<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"col2 wp-block-list\"><li>Anxiety<\/li><li>Chronic Pain  <\/li><li>Stress<\/li><li>Depression<\/li><li>Unwanted Habits<\/li><li>Nervousness (exams, interviews, public speaking)<\/li><li>Weight loss<\/li><li>Addiction<\/li><li>Phobias<\/li><li>Lack of Confidence<\/li><li>Smoking <\/li><li>Personal Relationship Issues<\/li><li>Sexual Issues<\/li><li>Demotivation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this we incorporate a number of therapies and protocols, from Ericksonian Hypnosis through to Rapid Pain Elimination Therapy and Mind Mediation, incorporating a range of options in between.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take a look around the site to see more about what we do and feel free to ask any questions you may have.
